RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized.
Items purchased at full retail price may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if they are in new condition with original packaging. Items will not be accepted for return if they are soiled or have dog hair on them. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges. Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be returned within14 days of purchase. A replacement item will be shipped out at no charge.

Products may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of purchase. Exchanged merchandise must be in new condition and returned with all original packaging.
